Stormline is an AI phone-answering and call-alert service operated by Tempest House LLC ("Tempest House," "we," "us," "our") for business customers. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We use information to provide and improve the service — answering and triaging your calls, sending you call alerts by SMS and email, delivering recordings and transcripts, billing, customer support, and protecting the service and our users.
If you opt in, we send SMS call alerts about calls received on your business line. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS / Messaging Terms for details.
Calls to your business line are answered and triaged by an automated (AI) system. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can notify you and maintain your records, and an AI-and-recording disclosure is played at the start of each call.
We use third-party service providers to operate the service — including telephony, voice-AI, messaging, hosting, and billing providers — who process information on our behalf, only as needed to deliver the service, and under their own security and privacy commitments.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent/opt-in data) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers described above, and only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to know how it is used. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell your personal information. Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
